Ethiopia Sidama Kebado


This coffee comes from a washing station in Kebado, a village (or kebele”) in the woreda of Dara in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. This region is in southern Ethiopia and is known for its high-quality coffee.

A tea like body and notes of lemon, sour candy, sweet, jasmine, and cherry. This coffee is excellent as a pourover to bring out the fruity side.
